St Lucia Photographer Kirk Elliott is renowned for his uniquely contrarian and counter-intuitive photographic style that transforms quite ordinary scenes into stunning masterpieces.
Kirk is excited to share the best of his St Lucia with you and hopes that these prints bring you as much viewing pleasure as he had creating them for you.
Every print comes with it’s own story. This could be on what inspired Kirk to create the image; what were some of the challenges he encountered, or something else that takes you behind the scenes in the creation of the images. Whatever the stories – you will find them a fascinating journey into the creation of each image.
Kirk is a New York Times Photographer, a Certified Sustainable Tourism in Small Island Developing States Ambassador, as well as a National Geographic Certified Educator and a Certified National Geographic Photographer for Impact in the Classroom.
Kirk has produced photography for Presidents, Princes and Prime Ministers, to name a few of the clients he has worked with. In fact, in 2022 he was Saint Lucia’s Official Photographer for the Royal Visit of Prince Edward and Countess Sophie to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth of England’s ascension to the throne.
Kirk is passionate about Early Childhood Education and Sustainable and Regenerative Community Tourism and part proceeds of your purchase go to his Giving Forward Project that seeks to inspire and empower young students in rural communities and beyond.
